The founder and Managing Director of Starlink Logistics Pvt Ltd  is a 1st generation entrepreneur with prodigious virtues. Holding a profound experience in Logistic Industry he has proved his spirit  in the field by bringing changes into the approach towards service delivery . He has led Starlink Logistics with a visionary approach and inspiring leadership. Mr. Ratan Singh passion that reflects in Starlink Logistics has motivated like-minded people to come together and form an intellectual powerhouse driving it forward. He is using his life experience of entrepreneurship as well as professional exposure for exploring new opportunities and innovations for Starlink Logistics. His role is to ensure that any new and exciting idea which moves out of the canvas is thoroughly tested on the ground before it is translated and scaled. He is passionate about value addition in the logistic environment with innovations and change that can drive a paradigm shift in current warehousing management approach.

Mr. Mohanty serves on the Board of Directors of both Starlink Logistics Pvt. Ltd. and ABM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. bringing over two decades of distinguished experience in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives spanning Rural Development, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship Development. At Starlink Logistics, he guides strategic direction across the group’s PPP projects. At ABM Enterprises, he steers a portfolio of projects undertaken in partnership with the Government of India and various State Governments, spanning financial inclusion, e-governance, and skill development, including active engagements under national skilling missions . This body of work reflects his transformative contributions across the sectors that form the backbone of inclusive growth — combining grassroots understanding, policy expertise, and strategic vision to build sustainable partnerships between public and private sector entities. His key areas of engagement include:

• Financial Inclusion — Banking correspondent operations, and delivery of social security schemes such as RSBY
• e-Governance — Common Services Centre and ICT@School rollout under the National e-Governance Plan; policy engagement with central and state IT ministries
• Skill Development — Vocational training and placement delivery under DDU-GKY and allied schemes, across environments including CSR-funded initiatives
• Entrepreneurship Development — Mentorship, funding access, and market linkage ecosystems for rural entrepreneurs
• Rural Development — Kiosk-based and franchise-led service delivery models across underserved regions
• Social Governance — Structuring transparent, accountable public-private partnerships with government bodies

Mr. Anuj is an MBA from “Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal” University, Dehradun, and is richly  business experienced close to 15 years. So far the journey of Starlink Logistics is concerned; it has been led by Anuj as a frontend commander since the inception. He is mostly engaged with the functional teams responsible for developing new services and models that can help achieve the vision and strategic forecast of Starlink Logistics. His intense business acumen, gigantic will and team spirit collectively makes him an exception in the industry. He has harnessed these skills at Starlink Logistics and has developed a unique structured approach to troubleshoot business process issues with a 360 degree approach. Inviting new business into the business basket of the company concurrently invites more commitment and accountability. Anuj has a strong sense of ownership in stakeholder engagement area and in the area of cost, quality, and schedule and scope justification.

Vinay Kumar leads the financial function at Starlink Logistics, overseeing the company’s administrative, financial, and risk management operations, including close monitoring of the financial system to support sound decision-making and organisational stability.
Alongside his financial mandate, he plays a key role in the operational implementation of the company, working closely with hub and business teams to ensure that financial discipline and operational execution stay closely aligned across warehousing, transportation, and manpower services.
He also brings experience in skill development project implementation, having worked on placement-linked skilling initiatives under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDUGKY), contributing his financial and operational discipline to programme delivery, candidate mobilisation, and outcome-linked placement tracking. He holds an MBA from IASE.

Devesh Singh
Vice President- Operations

Devesh Singh drives data-led operational decision-making at Starlink Logistics, a pan-India 3PL company spanning warehousing, transportation, and manpower services. He works closely with hub and client teams to translate operational and commercial data into actionable insight, supporting the company’s continued focus on service quality and efficiency. He builds and maintains MIS dashboards and KPI trackers used by internal stakeholders and clients to monitor performance, and works to identify process gaps and cost-saving opportunities across hubs recommending improvements to service levels and turnaround times. Devesh also supports the company’s business development efforts through market research, costing models, and client proposals. Prior to Starlink Logistics, Devesh gained cross-functional experience in sales and store operations, including client-facing lead generation and CRM management, and daily operations and inventory management at a retail service centre. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore University, with coursework in Operations & Supply Chain and Business Analytics.
