Ratan Singh
Managing Director

The founder and Managing Director of Starlink Logistics Pvt Ltd  is a 1st generation entrepreneur with prodigious virtues. Holding a profound experience in Logistic Industry he has proved his spirit  in the field by bringing changes into the approach towards service delivery . He has led Starlink Logistics with a visionary approach and inspiring leadership. Mr. Ratan Singh passion that reflects in Starlink Logistics has motivated like-minded people to come together and form an intellectual powerhouse driving it forward. He is using his life experience of entrepreneurship as well as professional exposure for exploring new opportunities and innovations for Starlink Logistics. His role is to ensure that any new and exciting idea which moves out of the canvas is thoroughly tested on the ground before it is translated and scaled. He is passionate about value addition in the logistic environment with innovations and change that can drive a paradigm shift in current warehousing management approach.

Anuj Rajora
Business Head

Mr. Anuj is an MBA from “Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal” University, Dehradun, and is richly  business experienced close to 15 years. So far the journey of Starlink Logistics is concerned; it has been led by Anuj as a frontend commander since the inception. He is mostly engaged with the functional teams responsible for developing new services and models that can help achieve the vision and strategic forecast of Starlink Logistics. His intense business acumen, gigantic will and team spirit collectively makes him an exception in the industry. He has harnessed these skills at Starlink Logistics and has developed a unique structured approach to troubleshoot business process issues with a 360 degree approach. Inviting new business into the business basket of the company concurrently invites more commitment and accountability. Anuj has a strong sense of ownership in stakeholder engagement area and in the area of cost, quality, and schedule and scope justification.

Mr. Arvind is a Management Executive with MBA degree from Galgotias University, Strength wise he is an exceptional leader in Operations & Supply Chain Management. He holds 12+ years of rich experience across the domains of Operations Strategy & Execution. In detail the functional areas such as HR Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Cost & Inventory Management, Stakeholder Management, Contract Management, ERP Implementations are the cross functions which are being strategized by him. He does have exposure in managing across border cross-cultural projects as well. He deals with long-term business goals. Implementation of operations, aligned with company’s goal and strategies falls under his dynamic leadership. He is an instrumental to complement the strengths of the CEO, to enhance the leadership and Ensure that Starlink Logistics executes strategies and plans in a coherent and scheduled manner. Verticals he directly monitors are project delivery, finance, human resources, IT, legal, customer services and facilities management.

Arvind Rajora
Chief Operating officier

Mr. Vinay is a Management Executive with MBA degree from IASE, He is responsible for the development of a financial strategy of Starlink Logistics with a secondary responsibility of administrative, financial, and risk management operations including monitoring of the financial system. He is responsible as well for developing and controlling all operational budgets to ensure that the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters and to maintain the financial strength of the company. He manages and uses financial resources to achieve the general objectives and optimizes performance by negotiating terms with banks and financial institutions. He provides leadership for the management of the finance and accounting team and is attentive towards strategic recommendations to the COO and members of the executive management team. He owns all the deliverables for managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting including advising on long-term business and financial planning. He is also accountable for establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders. He does the financial analysis and reviewing of all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures.
