He has led Starlink Logistics with a visionary approach and inspiring leadership. Mr. Ratan Singh passion that reflects in Starlink Logistics has motivated like-minded people to come together and form an intellectual powerhouse driving it forward. He is using his life experience of entrepreneurship as well as professional exposure for exploring new opportunities and innovations for Starlink Logistics. His role is to ensure that any new and exciting idea which moves out of the canvas is thoroughly tested on the ground before it is translated and scaled. He is passionate about value addition in the logistic environment with innovations and change that can drive a paradigm shift in current warehousing management approach.
With over two decades of distinguished experience in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives, Mr. Mohanty brings unparalleled expertise to the forefront of sustainable development. His 22-year journey has been marked by transformative contributions across three critical sectors that form the backbone of inclusive growth: Rural Development, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship Development. Mr. Mohanty’s extensive background in rural development encompasses designing and implementing comprehensive programs that bridge the urban-rural divide. His deep understanding of grassroots challenges, combined with strategic partnerships between public and private sectors, has resulted in sustainable solutions that directly impact rural communities’ quality of life and economic prospects. Mr. Anuj is an MBA from “Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal” University, Dehradun, and is richly business experienced close to 15 years. So far the journey of Starlink Logistics is concerned; it has been led by Anuj as a frontend commander since the inception. He is mostly engaged with the functional teams responsible for developing new services and models that can help achieve the vision and strategic forecast of Starlink Logistics. His intense business acumen, gigantic will and team spirit collectively makes him an exception in the industry. He has harnessed these skills at Starlink Logistics and has developed a unique structured approach to troubleshoot business process issues with a 360 degree approach. Inviting new business into the business basket of the company concurrently invites more commitment and accountability. Anuj has a strong sense of ownership in stakeholder engagement area and in the area of cost, quality, and schedule and scope justification.
Mr. Vinay Kumar is a Management Executive with MBA degree from IASE, He is responsible for the operational implementations of Starlink Logistics with a secondary responsibility of administrative, financial, and risk management operations including monitoring of the financial system. He is responsible as well for developing and controlling all operational budgets to ensure that the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters and to maintain the financial strength of the company. He manages and uses financial resources to achieve the general objectives and optimizes performance by negotiating terms with banks and financial institutions. He provides leadership for the management of the operation team and is attentive towards strategic recommendations to the Director and CEO. He owns all the deliverables for managing the processes for. He is also accountable for establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
